I love starting my weeks on Mondays feeling fresh, and having a Sunday routine helps make that a reality. Here are 7 easy things you can do to reset on Sundays and prepare for the week ahead:
Lay out Monday’s outfit (including jewelry 😉)
I actually do this every night!
Prep coffee / breakfast plan
I'm pretty simple and tend to eat the same thing for breakfast every day, so this one is easy
Review calendar + choose one priority
Every Sunday I spend some time mapping out the week ahead and creating a to-do list
Book one thing you’ve been avoiding
I can't claim this one as a regular habit, but it's smart!
Tidy one visible space
Just joined a de-clutter challenge yesterday!
Set out skincare for the morning
I keep all of this in the same spot so it's easy to grab every morning
Go to bed 30 minutes earlier
This is my biggest challenge and also one of the most impactful when I make it happen!
