Welcome to All That Glitters. By accessing this website or booking services through it, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational and booking purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Use of this site is at your own risk.

2. Services & Appointments

All That Glitters offers in-person services including, but not limited to, permanent jewelry, boutique ear piercing, events, and related experiences.

Appointments are primarily booked online but may also be created in person, subject to availability.

All services are provided in person only unless otherwise stated.

3. Deposits, Cancellations & No-Shows

Some services require a deposit at the time of booking.

Appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a deposit refund.
Deposits may be applied toward the cost of the scheduled service, including piercing.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

4. Products & Returns

Retail products are subject to our return policy, which is available in our FAQ and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, some items and services may be final sale.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our services, including ear piercing and permanent jewelry, are not medical procedures and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to service. Results and healing experiences may vary

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All That Glitters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, products, or services.

Participation in services is voluntary and at the client’s own discretion

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and graphics, is the property of All That Glitters and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
