SeneGence Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your SeneGence products for any reason, please reach out to initiate a return within 90 days of purchase. Products may be returned within 90 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Jewelry Return Policy

All permanent (custom) jewelry sales are final.
Purchases of non-permanent/non-custom jewelry may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit only.

Permanent Jewelry Warranty

We will re-weld any piece for free if the original chain is present. If a chain breaks within 7 days of purchase OR your welded jewelry is removed, stretches or comes off for any reason, keep your chain and book a ‘re-weld’ appointment. There is a $10 charge for re-welds on jewelry purchased from other jewelers.
Changes in body chemistry can cause 14K gold-filled and sterling silver jewelry to tarnish.
We are not responsible for misplaced chains or for allergic reactions to metals.
